Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Bicep Heart (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Bicep Heart lets you upload a photo and generate a short AI video in the style of the viral "bicep heart" trend. Videos are created by third-party AI models. We also publish free guides about the trend.

3. No account; credits

• You do not need an account. Credits you buy are linked to your browser through a cookie and to the email you enter at checkout.
• One credit makes one person video. A pet video uses two credits. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits do not expire, but the Service may be discontinued with reasonable notice (see section 10).
• Keep your browser cookie or your checkout email safe — anyone with access to your browser can use your credits. You can restore credits on another device using your checkout email.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record for your purchase and handles applicable sales tax. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: failed generations are refunded in credits automatically, and unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

5. Your content and permissions

• You must own the photo you upload or have permission to use it, including the permission of every identifiable person in it.
• You keep your rights to your photo. You give us a limited license to store and process it, and to send it to our AI providers, only to generate and deliver your video.
• You may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the law. Videos include the sound of the trend clip for sharing on social platforms. We do not grant you any rights to that sound; for ads or other commercial use, replace it with audio you are licensed to use, and follow the rules of the platform you post on.

6. Acceptable use

You must not upload or create:

• Photos of anyone under 18, unless you are their parent or legal guardian, and never in a sexual or harmful context.
• Sexual, nude, violent, hateful or harassing content.
• Content that impersonates, mocks or misleads about a real person without their consent, including public figures.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Anything illegal, or anything meant to deceive people into thinking an AI video is real footage of a real event.

We may refuse, stop or delete any generation, and suspend access, if we believe these rules are broken. Credits used for content that breaks these rules are not refunded.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated videos are produced automatically and may contain errors, distortions or results that don't look like the photo. We cannot guarantee a particular result. Example videos on the website show typical output but are not a promise that every video will look the same. AI-generated videos should be labeled as AI content where the platform you use requires it.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example Dodo Payments, kie.ai and the AI model providers it routes to, cloud storage and hosting). Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms may apply.

9. Not affiliated

Bicep Heart is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, X, or the creators of the bicep heart trend. All trademarks belong to their owners.

10. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue the Service. If we shut down the paid generator, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the website and refund unused credits purchased in the previous 90 days on request. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
