What is the bicep heart?
The bicep heart is a viral pose: flex one arm with the wrist bent, then curve the other hand up until the fingertips meet that fist, so the arm and hand close a heart for the camera. It spread on TikTok and X in late October 2026, usually captioned “have you ever heard of a bicep heart?”
Part of the joke is that it works with any arm. People post gym flexes, tiny deadpan flexes, couples making one heart together, and pets with a paw raised. Our generator lets you join without filming anything: the AI turns the person or pet in your photo into a bicep heart video.
How to do it yourself
- Flex one arm, upper arm out to the side, and bend the wrist so the fist hooks down toward your head.
- Bring your other hand up from your chest and curve it into a half heart: fingertips touch the bent fist, thumb rests on the bicep.
- The two hands close a small hollow heart next to your shoulder. Hold it and smile.

FAQ
Bicep heart video FAQ
What is the bicep heart?
The bicep heart is a viral pose where you flex one arm with the wrist bent toward your head, then curve the other hand up until the fingertips meet that fist, so your arm and hand close a heart shape for the camera. It took off on TikTok and X in late October 2026 and is often done with a deadpan or tiny flex as a joke.
How does the bicep heart AI video generator work?
Upload one photo, pick person or pet, and the AI puts them into the bicep heart video: same moves, same camera, same sound. Dogs and cats raise a paw while a heart pops up. You get a vertical video of about 7 seconds, usually in 2 to 5 minutes, ready to post on TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
Do I need an account?
No. Buy a video pack and your credits are saved to this browser right away. If you switch devices, use the email from your payment receipt on the My videos page to restore your purchases.
How much does it cost?
1 video is $4.99, 3 videos are $9.99 and 7 videos are $19.99 (about $2.86 each). It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and credits never expire. Person and pet videos both use 1 credit.
Do I need big arms for it to work?
No. The AI keeps your face, clothes and room from the photo and gives you a proud flex either way. Any arm size makes a heart; small or ironic flexes are a big part of the trend.
Can my dog or cat do the bicep heart?
Yes. Choose the dog or cat option and upload a clear, front-facing photo where the front legs are visible. Your pet raises a paw in a flex and a red heart pops up. It costs 1 credit, same as a person video.
What photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit, front-facing photo from the waist up with both arms visible and nothing covering your face. Avoid group shots, heavy filters, sunglasses and very dark or blurry pictures.
What happens if a video fails?
If the AI cannot make your video, the credits go back to your balance automatically and you can try another photo. Unused credits can also be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Does the video include the TikTok sound?
Yes. Every video keeps the sound of its trend clip, so it is ready to post.
Is there a watermark?
No. Every video is 720p, 9:16 and watermark-free. You can download it and post it anywhere.
